Beasiswa Guru
Tuscarora Nation Scholarship Program and Application 2010 : As agreed upon in the Relicensing Agreement between the Power Authority of the State of New York and the Tuscarora Nation, the PA is responsible for developing and implementing in consultation with the Nation, a scholarship program.
The scholarship program will begin in the academic year following the Acceptance Date of the Relicensing Agreement and shall extend through the remainder of the New License term, which is approximately fifty years.
Terms of the Scholarship
The program will provide, on an annual basis, two undergraduate full tuition scholarships to Nation citizens matriculating at any community college or university in the State University of New York System. The student shall receive tuition for the fall and spring semesters for four years.

Scholarships for Canadian, Chinese, Indian and US nationals – Scotland’s Saltire Scholarship : This exciting scholarship opportunity is open to Canadian, Chinese, Indian and US nationals. Awards worth £2000 each are available towards the cost of tuition fees for full time Masters Programmes in a wide range of subject areas.
These scholarships are supported and funded by the Scottish Government in partnership with University of Aberdeen.
Eligibility
To be considered for the scholarship you will need to have applied to the University of Aberdeen for a place starting in September 2010 and have firmly accepted an offer, either conditional or unconditional by 11 June 2010.
The scholarship can only be held by a student of the University commencing study in September 2010 – it cannot be transferred to another institution.

Lally welcomes entries from prospective MBAs who have strong imaginations and a passion for innovation, along with an interest in transforming their ideas into reality.
Entrants must be applicants to the Lally MBA Program. Winners will be chosen by a panel of Lally School faculty, alumni, and regional entrepreneurs. A public online vote will also provide a component of the final award decision. Winners will receive a tuition scholarship for the Lally School’s MBA Program worth up to $60,000. The total amount of the scholarship award will depend on the strength of the candidate’s MBA application. SEAP : The Science and Engineering Apprentice Program : The Science and Engineering Apprentice Program (SEAP) provides an opportunity for students to participate in research at a Department of Navy (DoN) laboratory during the summer.
The goals of SEAP are to encourage participating students to pursue science and engineering careers, to further their education via mentoring by laboratory personnel and their participation in research, and to make them aware of DoN Research and technology efforts, which can lead to employment within the DoN.
SEAP provides competitive research internships to approximately 250 high school students each year. Participating students spend eight weeks during the summer doing research at approximately 15 DoN laboratories.

Marie Curie PhD position in Human Motor Control, Birmingham UK : Applications are invited for a postgraduate Research Associate position available immediately for 36 months to work in the field of human sensorimotor neuroscience. This Early Stage Research Training position is funded by the European Union as part of the “C7” Marie Curie Initial Training Network in “Cerebellar-Cortical Control: Cells, Circuits, Computation and Clinic”. The aim of the Training Network is to provide a multi-disciplinary research training in systems and cellular neuroscience of the cerebellum. The network involves researchers from across Europe working in motor behaviour, sensorimotor systems,
electrophysiology, biophysical and computational modelling and clinical research.
The trainee will undertake a research project focused on the parietal and cerebellar contribution to state estimation processes, using fMRI and MR-compatible robotics. Trainees have the possibility to register for a PhD at the University of Birmingham. This appointment will be through the University of Birmingham; however trainees will have the opportunity to undertake some studies and experiments at other sites within the EU Training Network.
